Refunds & credit returns

Failed tasks release all reserved credits. This does not automatically refund a card payment.

Unused credits can be refunded to the original payment method at the actual rate paid for the associated purchase. Reserved credits must first settle or be released; spent credits are not unused credits. Each purchase is calculated separately. Refunds are calculated cumulatively in USD cents and cannot exceed the amount paid for that purchase.

Contact yuncqmax01@gmail.com with your order reference. Do not send full card details or passwords. Refund execution and ledger reconciliation are being verified; credit purchases remain closed until this is complete.
